Originally founded in 1971 by a young entrepreneur, Lee Jeffres took to the road in his 1954 Red Chevy truck and dump box, hauling gravel for Malicky Sand & Gravel. He later purchased a truck to haul cattle with, thus, the beginnings of Jeffres Trucking. In 1975, Lee purchased his first gravel pump, and began pumping gravel on property owned by his parents, Vance and Marjoria Jeffres.

Lee believes that lasting business relationships can only be built on a foundation of superior customer service. Lee has since passed those values onto his sons, Matt, Seth and Gabe, teaching them the importance of upholding the Jeffres' family commitment to consistent quality and dependable service. Superior customer service will always be the core value of the Jeffres' companies.

This has laid the foundation for what has become one of Nebraska's most successful family owned and operated businesses.

With our own local pit, portable dredges, experienced personnel, efficient excavation equipment and a fleet of delivery trucks, the Jeffres' companies has unequalled capacity to provide road and construction aggregate and landscape materials.

Jeffres Sand & Gravel, Inc., Jeffres Trucking, LLC, & Jeffres Excavating, a division of Jeffres Sand & Gravel, Inc., can all provide a wide range of quality products and services to meet your needs.

Quality and value you can count on ... that's the Jeffres' family promise!
